What
shipping options do you have?
We offer FREE Ground shipping within the continental 48
states (excludes AK, HI and PR). A UPS 2nd Day Air option is
available to most destinations within the continental U.S. for just $8.00. Orders
shipped to AK, HI and PR are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air for $24.00.
How
soon will you ship my order?
We ship most orders on the same business day if the
order is placed before 2:00 pm Pacific time. Multiple quantity orders or orders
that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses) may be
delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we
will attempt to contact you.
Do
you ship to international locations?
Unfortunately at this time, we can only ship within the
United States and its Territories.
Do
you ship to Guam or other U.S. Territories?
Yes, we ship orders to most valid U.S. territories such
as Guam and the Virgin Islands. These orders are shipped via USPS Priority
Mail. There is a $17.00 air freight and handling fee for this service. Please
allow from 7 - 10 days for delivery.
Do
you ship to APO or other foreign military addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate orders shipped to APO or other foreign military addresses. We hope to expand our services in the near future to reach these destinations.
Can
I insure my order?
Insurance coverage is already included on all orders so
there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments. Your watch is safe
with us!
Are
your watches authentic?
All watches sold by us are 100% guaranteed to be
genuine and authentic. We never sell watches that are used or previously owned,
cheap imitations or fake replicas. All watches come in their original boxes
with corresponding paperwork, factory serial numbers and warranty cards.
Do
all your watches come with a warranty?
As an authorized dealer, we offer watches with the
manufacturer's warranty already in place which covers the watch movement.
However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, damage,
neglect or misuse of the product. It also does not cover water damage nor
problems arising from water entering the case of the watch. Please refer to the
manufacturer's guidelines regarding the water resistance of your watch and
correct operating procedures (see warranty card provided with watch for
complete warranty details). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. Please contact the manufacturer prior to shipping your watch for
warranty service.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express and Paypal.
The
watch that I want is out of stock or not listed on your website. Can you
special order it for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to special order any
watches that are out of stock or not listed on our website. We apologize for
this inconvenience. However, we do invite you to periodically check back at our
website as sometimes stock is subject to change and we may carry your preferred
watch at a later time.
I
want to have my watch resized. Can you do that for me?
We recommend that you take your watch to an authorized
jewelry dealer that provides this service. This ensures that you quickly get
your watch fixed by an expert at minimal cost to you.
My
watch battery needs replacing. Can you do that for me?
Because your warranty is through the manufacturer,
please contact the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery
replacement. Alternatively, you may take your watch to an authorized jewelry
dealer that provides this service.
I
would like to return or exchange my watch, what do I need to do?
All returns MUST have a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) before being returned to us. To request your RMA, please
email us with details of your order and we’ll issue your RMA to you. Requests
for RMA must be made within 15 days of order delivery, and the merchandise must
be returned no later than 6 days after an RMA has been issued. Please follow

How
do I track my order after it is placed?
If you provided a valid email address upon placing your
order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status and get
your tracking number. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once
your order is shipped.
